BlueStore: Terms of Service & Guarantee Policy
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing any product or service from BlueStore ("the Store," "we," "us," "our"), you ("the Client," "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Guarantee Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlueStore.
2. Definitions
"Product" refers to any digital asset sold by the Store, including but not limited to X (Twitter) accounts, followers, likes, reposts, and advertising credits.
"Guarantee Period" refers to the limited time window after purchase during which a replacement or refill is offered for a specific product.
"Client Actions" refer to any activity performed by the Client or a third party on a purchased account after the transfer of credentials is complete.
3. Guarantee Policy for X (Twitter) Accounts
3.1. Verified Accounts (Blue/Gold Checkmarks)
Guarantee Period: 24 hours from the time of purchase and credential transfer.
Coverage: This guarantee ensures that at the time of transfer:
The account possesses an active and visible blue or gold verification checkmark.
The account's username and profile do not violate X (Twitter)'s Terms of Service at the time of sale.
The account matches the purchased category (e.g., "Clean ADS," "ADS with $200 balance," "Used ADS").
The Client is responsible for checking the remaining subscription period on the X platform, as this is not part of our guarantee.
To claim this guarantee, the Client must provide clear and undeniable proof of the issue (e.g., screenshot, screen recording).
3.2. Standard & Aged Accounts
Guarantee Period: 1 day (24 hours) from the time of purchase and credential transfer.
Coverage: This guarantee ensures that at the time of transfer:
The account is not suspended, locked, or otherwise restricted.
The account is partially set up as described in the product listing.
To claim this guarantee, the Client must provide clear proof of the issue.
4. Guarantee Policy for Follower & Engagement Services
4.1. Follower / Like Packages
Minimum Order: 500 followers/likes.
Maximum Order per Account: 50,000 followers/likes.
Guarantee Period: 48 hours from order completion.
Coverage: We guarantee a 100% refill for any drop in follower count or likes occurring within the 48-hour guarantee period.
Post-Guarantee: After 48 hours, a gradual drop in follower count is natural and expected. No refills or replacements are provided after the guarantee period expires.
5. Guarantee for Other Services
5.1. Subscription Payment Service
We assume no responsibility for any account penalties (including bans) that may occur as a result of using this service.
If the subscription fails to activate on your designated account, we will reprocess the payment once upon receiving proof.
5.2. Advertising Cards & Payment Methods
Cards sold for ad account linking or subscription payments are guaranteed to be valid and fulfill their stated purpose at the time of sale. If a card is rejected upon first use, we will provide a replacement.
6. Custom Orders
The minimum completion time and specific terms for custom orders will be agreed upon by both parties before payment is made.
Once delivered, the standard guarantee policy for the respective product category (e.g., accounts, followers) will apply.
7. Payment & Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in the store's official channels and bot interface. Prices are subject to change.
Payments are accepted exclusively in cryptocurrency (various coins accepted).
Discounts, sales, and contests are offered at the Store's discretion.
8. Client Responsibility & Liability Limitation
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CLIENT ACTIONS THAT LEAD TO ACCOUNT SUSPENSION, BANNING, OR LOSS OF ACCESS. This includes, but is not limited to: spamming, posting violating content, changing account details rapidly, or engaging in fraudulent advertising practices after the account transfer is complete.
The Client is solely responsible for complying with X (Twitter)'s Terms of Service and all applicable laws.
9. General Disclaimer
All accounts are digital products. We provide them "as is" for purposes such as advertising and marketing.
While we strive for high quality (accounts with a long history, 2014-2024, pre-verified), we cannot predict or control the actions of the X (Twitter) platform.
10. Agreement
BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE WITH BLUESTORE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OUTLINED IN THIS DOCUMENT.
